The Tortuga Island is located right in front of Curú bay, in the gulf of the Nicoya. This island is a world famous snorkeling destination for its pristine beaches and its water visibility, perfect to appreciate all the  sea fauna that lives around it. You may see a variety of colorful fish feeding on the reef, star fish, white tip sharks and if the conditions are good you may also spot dolphins, turtles and whales in their respective migratory season.
